Tool/software:
Hello,
I was wondering if the TPS7H4001-SP could be configured as an inverting buck-boost?
My top level specs
Input: 5VDC
Output: -0.4VDC with sinking capabilities of up to 200mA.
Thanks!
David

Hey David,
We currently advise against this on the TPS7H4001-SP
We have found that configuring it in this way produces results that are not desirable.
We have an -SEP device that we have tested for the condition:

We also are currently investigating using this part in such a configuration for full space grade:

Thanks,
