Hi!

I need ideal diode solution for 85V (60V nominal max +25V back emf)

Can I use TPS4811 as ideal diode controller?

Or is there better solution for this voltage?

Hi Stas,

During back emf mode, do you want to feed back that energy to source ? If yes, TPS4811 can be used other please refer TIDA https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/tidues3/tidues3.pdf

Please note that TPS4811 does not has active reverse current blocking like ideal diode (LM74700, LM7491x).

I have another path for back emf.

I just need ideal diode here (or any other blocking reverse current)

ok Stas.

LM5050-1 has operating max up to 75V and abs max up to 100V. It is the only device which is close to your requirement.
