Tool/software:
Hi team,
Could you teach me how to enter/exit DCM mode in TPS62560?
I understand inductor current = 0 is threshold roughly, but I think there are hysteresis or time to determine.

Hi Youhei MIYAOKA,
Thank you for using E2E,
During DCM, the inductor current reaches to zero and stay until the next switching occurs. The operation of the device in Power save mode is clearly explained in section 8.4.2 in datasheet page-10.
You can also observe the transition from PWM to PFM & PFM to PWM in figure -14 & figure -15 in the datasheet page -15.
If it's a new project, I would recommend to look into our newer device, TPS62843 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com
Thank you & regards,
Moheddin.
