In the TRM(SLUUBH1C–August 2016–Revised March 2018), CC offset units are mA and board offset units are "counts".
Counts of what?
Moreover, in the current calibration process, both are subtracted from the measured current. This doesn't make sense if board offset are "counts".

Adding mA and an unitless integer doesn't have much sense either. "num" is also an empty identifier, "num" of what?
The only way to add up is to use Board Offset as mA.
Looking at past Q&A, it seems that CC and Board offset are some kind of hidden esoteric knowledge 
It is strange to calibrate things that you do not know what they actually are.
