buck regulator fixed 3.3V

Tool/software:

Hi TI team,

I am working on development board,in that i am using the fixed regulator IC LMR16006YQ3DDCRQ1.in that i implemented same circuit 3.3V as per the data sheet but i am not getting the voltage instead of the 3.3v i am getting 4.1V. in this i need your help to resolve the issue.

Hello

Please double check that all of your components are of the correct value and are soldered down correctly.

Please provide images of you PCB layout.

Please provide 'scope images of the SW and output node.

i have one dought,can i implement 5V circuit with same IC that is LMR16006YQ3DDCRQ1

Hello

You can use the 3.3V to provide 5V by using an external voltage divider.

However, this will not be very accurate.
