TPS563203EVM: IC dead due to input MLCC

Hi

While testing with TPS563203EVM, I changed c2,3 to another manufacturer's and operated, but the TPS563203 died.
Can the MLCC affect the ic?

-Condition-

1. Change point: C2,3(Same value, changed another vender)

 2. Phenomenon : Change the MLCC and turn on the power(DC 5V), which causes a short circuit between SW and GND.

3. Question: Can the TPS563203 die depending on the MLCC characteristics?

    It depends on the actual input voltage. And just want to double check with you, is there any solderability issue of Cin? Did you only replace C2,C3 but all others keep same? And besides the Cin value, what about the voltage rating of Cin? Did you use very long trace between the power supply and VIN pin?

    Generally, if the spec of Vin is similar, it should not happen that the IC damaged after you replace the Cin.
