TPS25830A-Q1: how to configure TPS25830A_Q1 to be recognized by pc normally?

Problem description:
When I switch the usb port to device, I can connect the usb directly from soc to pc, and it can be recognized and enumerated by pc normally.
After I switch the usb port to device, soc connects to TPS25830A_Q1 and then connects to PC, and I find that pc cannot recognize and enumerate normally. May I ask how to configure TPS25830A_Q1 to be recognized by pc normally?

Hello,

What are you using to connect TPS25830A-Q1 to the PC? Does your USB cable have Type-C connectors on both ends, or is one end a Type-A connector?

One end of the cable used is type-c, and the other end is type-A . Will this have any impact? On our board, TPS25830 also has the same issue.

I would not expect an issue. What are CTRL1 and CTRL2 set to when you try to connect to the PC? CTRL1 must be set low in order to connect to the PC.

I don't see anything major that would contribute to this issue. Did you confirm EN/UVLO is > 1.14 V during this operation? What happens if you toggle EN/UVLO high/low/high while connected to the PC?
