I designed a LLC resonant controller using UCC256402A and it worked perfectly. It can produce 14V, 40A peak current and 35A continuous current.
I need to modify it to work as described below.
- CV feedback for lower loads.
- When load increases more than rated(say 35A), it should reduce the output voltage and current should be at its maximum (35A).
What is the easiest way to achieve this? I used type 2 compensator for my feedback and attached it here.
