Hello, would it be possible to get a SPICE model for the UCD7138 that is usable in KiCAD's integrated NGSpice? The published, encrypted PSpice model doesn't work.
I am trying to drive a GaN HEMT with this driver, and the VD pin keeps getting damaged, shorted to ground. I suspect that the VD pin can't handle the HEMT's "body diode drop" of 2-3 volts, even with the recommended 20Ω current limiting resistor. I believe I only really need a model of how the VD pin sources current when externally pulled below 0V.
