PTV08T250W: Solution for 4.5V--20V VIN, 40A Iccmax and 0.5V--1V output range

(I put PTV08T250W as an example of previously used solution, however it doesn't meet the VIN and Vout requirements). 

I'm looking for a power solution (module or discrete) with the following requirements:

up to 20V VIN, including.

40A Iccmax preferrably (or at least 30A)

0.5V--1V output voltage
