Could you help explain that why TPS62065 output waveform which includes about 90KHz harmonic waveform?

How to solve it?

    This occurs when the IC is operated in PFM mode.  When it automatically transitions to PWM mode at higher loads, the device must still check for PFM mode in order to keep the efficiency high.  It needs to know when to leave PWM mode so it must check.  This checking circuit is what you are seeing on the output.  To get rid of it, simply operate the device in forced PWM mode.
