Hi Team,
my customer is looking for a battery protection IC for a 1-cell 18650 battery with the following specifications?
Overvoltage: 4.2~4.4V
Undervoltage: 2.75~3V
Overcurrent: 2~3A
He prefers having a solution which does not need to charge or short the source pins of the MOSFETs for initial use.
As a reference, DW01A-G was mentioned.
Do we have something in our portfolio?
