Dear TI Expert,
TPS54332 is used in medical device to pass the RE of EN55011 Class B, it's found that RE over than standard from 60M Hz to 100M Hz, after troubleshooting, it's very sure that the noise is from TPS54332, then we tried several way to mitigate it, finally the effective way is to make use of copper to cover TPS54332 and assiocaited circuits, due to the limit of size, metal cover is Not preferred, could you tell me more suggestions?
Note: 6 layer, top and bottom layers see below, 2nd ,4th and 5th layers areGND, 4th layer is INPUT Power 24v AND OUTPUT power 5V
it's said that TPS54332 EMI is more critcal, is there pin-to pin alternative of TPS54332？
