Known that M3 is 300mm process pre-PCN sample, may I know when will we have the 300mm part number?

When will 300mm LP2985M3 RTM?

Will 200mm not produce in the future?

Roger,

If you need 300mm, please order the M3 version. We sent out a PCN to convert original part number to 300mm. At this time, we are shipping both and once all 200mm is depleted we will only be shipping 300mm material. There will be a mixture of legacy and new chip for a while and anything labelled with CSO: RFAB will be 300mm material.
