Hello,
TSD(Thermal shutdown temperature) is specified as 160oC(typ). However, absolute maximum rating of Tj is 150oC, lower than TSD by 10oC. Continuously running the TPS62160 into thermal shutdown(continuously running between 160oC/140oC cycle) could degrade device reliability?
