I want to control UCD9081 by driving the RESET pin of UCD9081.
My question is if I keep pulling RESET pin low, will UCD9081 out of control and start to work by itself?
Please check the attached image taken from datasheet of UCD9081, the sentence in yellow really confused me.
Please help me to clarify the above question.
