TPS61092: Low efficiency at light load in fored PWM - working as designed?

Hello,

I am using TPS61092 to boost my li ion cell to 5V. It is working in the forced PWM mode (sync connected to VBAT). Is it normal that the efficiency seems to be very low at those light loads? There is no information about it in the datasheet, however in a datasheet of another converter (namely the TPS631000) I did see a graph that showed very low efficiency at very low loads in forced PWM mode. Is that also the case in this part?

Is it safe to assume that in FPWM mode the TPS61092 also has very low efficiency at low load?
