Hi，all

TLC59108 has 8 output, but 8 group LED light is not at the same time,is't it ?

I'm not sure I fully understand the question. There are several ways to impact brightness on the TLC59108. The Group controls do control all 8 outputs together. The individual pins can be dimmed with their own PWM. Table 11 shows the IREF register which can be used to dim all outputs as well.
