My customer is going to  evaluate the TPS923655DMTREVM and the TPS922055DMTREVM. They would like to refer the PCB layouts of those. Then, they want to know the thickness of copper foil of those EVMs.

Can you please let me know the thickness of copper foil of the TPS923655DMTREVM and the TPS922055DMTREVM?

    Hi Koshi,

    Please refer to the below information:

    The copper thickness of the top layer is designed to be 1.4mil.

    The copper thickness of the inner 1 layer is designed to be 1.42mil.

    The copper thickness of the inner 2 layer is designed to be 1.42mil.

    The copper thickness of the bottom layer is designed to be 1.4mil.
