We are looking for a MPPT Charge IC.

With 36V/130W solar panel to charge 12.8V LFP battery. max calculated charge current is approximately 12A.

Can you pls recommend a suitable one.

Hello Wu,

We have Three options BQ25756E/BQ25756/BQ25750

BQ25750- Direct power path option.

BQ25756- no Direct power.

BQ25756E- similar to BQ25756, except has a lower max Vin of 36V.

All three have MPPT function and charge current up to 12A.

Those ICs are located in which category?

I did not find MPPT IC through " Product->Battery management ICs->Battery management ICs"

May I know are there risks if we apply two PVs (same spec) to charge in port for BQ25750 application.

what MPPT charge IC you support?

actually my question is what will be happening/or risks will be if two same spec PVs are connected to charged in port for MPPT charge application.

We have never tried this before, so I'm not able to determine what will happen or the risks associated. I recommend ordering an EVM, and testing it.
