i have an issue with hysteresis on the LMR14050 chip
I want a turn on voltage of 12.5V and turn off voltage of 11V
i use Rent = 416k
Renb = 42k
The power supply turns on OK. But when reducing the input voltage to check it turning off, when it gets to about 11.1V it “blips” off and then comes back on… this is very undesirable for the rest of the system as I need it to full turn off and then not turn on again until it hits 12.5V input again ….
it’s doesn’t properly turn off until 10.8V
After getting down to 10.8 it then implements the correct hysteresis and doesn’t turn on until 12.5V again
I have tried adding various capacitance on that Enable pin and it still won’t stop this “blip” of power outage just above 11V
Any ideas ?
