Do we have the thermal test results with LMR51430(3A output) can share with customer? Customer is curious that how LMR51430 handles the heat without power pad and integrate MOSFET? Relative thermal test results will help field team to convince customer. Thanks!

I recommend the customer evaluate their design on the device EVM for their specific operating conditions: https://www.ti.com/tool/LMR51430EVM

We may have data to share but I need to know the operating conditions such as: Vin, Vout, Iout, Fsw, Ambient temperature, etc.
