BQ35100: PM IC with buck-bost, low current draw, small package size, coulomb counting

Part Number: BQ35100

Tool/software:

We are looking for a TI power management IC for ultra low power applications that has the following characteristics:

  • Current limiting down to at least 5mA, <2.5mA would be even better.
  • Configurable output voltage of at least 3.6V with a buck-boost.
  • Package size less than 12mm^2.
  • Active current draw <1uA.
  • Highly accurate coulomb counting.

We have identified an Analog Devices IC that meets most of our needs, the LTC3335, but we would like to see if TI has anything better.
