TPS1HTC30-Q1: short circuit protection current thresholds

During normal operation I_nom should be 6A. I_cl can be configured either by using an external resistor, or by using one of the internal current limiting settings. For the internal current limiting settings, if the I_lim_int pin is shorted to ground then I_cl would be 16A, and if the same pin is left open then I_cl will be 8A. For the external configuration, R_lim_reg can be calculated by the equation R_lim_ref = K_cl / I_lim_reg and using the K_cl values from table 6.5 in the datasheet.

I'm still looking for an explanation for the I_ovcr fast trip threshold and the I_cl_enps level. I'll respond with what I can find within this next day.
