Tool/software:
Hi team,
Can LP5012 turn on multi LEDs simultaneously?
Customer tried it but couldn't it.
Is this due to of Phase-Shifting function?
Best regards,
Goto

Hi Goto,
Yes, as you said, LP5012 does have phase shift function caused that there will be a delay for the output. But I think this delay time is very short. Can you please help to confirm with customers that what do they mean about turn on multi LEDs simultaneously, the naked eye does not see the difference or need the output of the falling edge is at the same time?
BR, Jared
Hi Jared,
Thank you for reply.
Delay is visible level (7 LEDs are illuminated sequentially within approximately 0.5 seconds).
Also, can Phase-Shifting be off?
Best regards,
Goto
Hi Goto,
I am sorry phase shift function can't be off. But actually, the interval of phase shift is maximum 1 PWM duty cycle, 34.48us. So, I think it will not affect the timing requirement of 0.5s.

Hi Jared,
I could understand this delay not due to of phase-shifting.
So, what would it be cause of this?
Best regards,
Goto
Hi Goto,
I am not sure what kind of delay customers met. Do you have any waveforms or some detail description?
BR, Jared
