dear \sir,
i am using ISO5852-Q and want replace to UCC21750-Q1 only difference AIN pin1 connect with COM and pin16 APWM connect with VEE (-8v supply ) can keep theses same if not use both pin
Hi Upender,
You should leave the APWM pin floating on UCC21750. Otherwise you will short its PWM output to ground, which might damage the output.
Also, the UCC21750 has a stronger output than the ISO5452, and should result in ~7% lower switching losses, due to a lower resistance PMOS in the hybrid pull-up network.
Best regards.

ok got it float APWM Pin 16 if not used and AIN pin no 1 can tie with VEE (-8V) or float if not use???
ok got it float APWM Pin 16 if not used and AIN pin no 1 can tie with VEE (-8V) or float if not use??? when use UCC21750
Hi Upender,
AIN pin abs min is -0.3V, so it should be tied to COM, not to VEE.
