TPSM8A29: Power module with I2C or PMBUS monitor

Hello,

My customer is looking for power modules between 3A and 15A with output voltage/current monitor function via I2C or PMBUS.

   - VIN = 12V, VOUT = 0.9~5V

I could not find a power module that met the customer's requirements.

If you have any TI power module products that meet the customer requirements, please introduce them.

    We have the TPSM8S6B24 which supports the customer's requirements.

    Thanks for your reply.

    The output current that the customer wants to use is 3~15A. Is it true that none of the power module products under 15A provide I2C or PMBUS I/F?

    Hi JH, 

    In our mid voltage portfolio this is a part that fulfills all of the customer requirements. Many customers use higher current parts for lower current applications. We have the TPS549A20 which is a 15 A converter with PMBus and 5.5 V output, but it is not a module. We have TPSM843B22 which is a 20A module, with 7 V output, but no PMBus.
