TPS61322: TPS613222ADBVR Overheating

Part Number: TPS61322

Tool/software:

Hello everyone,
I have just tried out a new circuit board with a TPS613222ADBVR.
I am using the boost for the power supply of 2 instrumentation amplifiers, i.e. in the low current range.
When the instrumentation amplifiers did not work as usual, I checked the board and tested the boost.
The output voltage is only 2.2V and the supply voltage also drops from 3.3 to 2.8V. The component also gets very warm and the magic smoke appears.
Here is the circuit design (taken from the Webbench Power designer):

Also the section of the PCB:

Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong and why the TPS613222ADBVR is overheating?

Many thanks and best regards
Leon
