Currently I am looking for boost & buck-boost IC to recommend to my customer (Appliances),

Could you please share your feedback on which would be the best fitting? Would TLV61046A be a good fit for #1?

1.Boost IC (5Vin / 12Vout / 1A): 

2.Buck-boost (5~12Vin / 5Vout / 1A):

    Hi Jade,

    TLV61046A can't output 1A.

    Here are the recommended devices:

    1.Boost IC (5Vin / 12Vout / 1A): TPS61377

    2.Buck-boost (5~12Vin / 5Vout / 1A): TPS63060 or TPS63070
