Yes. I have. I have already worked a lot on this charger at my previous workplace, but this is my first time facing this issue.

Let me share my setup through the following diagram!

These are the jumper settings in red. I have not connected any load on VSYS, PMID, or battery on the respective connectors. I have removed the jumpers in white. Let me know if I am wrong on any of these settings.

I have tried using different computers and browsers but still getting the same issue. 

My issue is resolved. I gave a shot to another computer, a colleague of mine and it worked. I updated the firmware on his computer and it is now working on every computer.
