Dear TI,

I hope that you are doing well. I am trying to connect my BQ25798KUPEVM through USB2ANY, but it says that the hardware connection failed.

It shows my USB2ANY adapter, as you can see in the figure.

I am using Windows 11 and have already updated the USB2ANY box to the latest firmware.

Please help, as I am stuck with the project.

Have you followed the correct setup procedure such as the jumper connections detailed in table 1-3?

Yes. I have. I have already worked a lot on this charger at my previous workplace, but this is my first time facing this issue.

Let me share my setup through the following diagram!

These are the jumper settings in red. I have not connected any load on VSYS, PMID, or battery on the respective connectors. I have removed the jumpers in white. Let me know if I am wrong on any of these settings.

Hi Ahmed,

Is there more detail you can provide? I tried to replicate the issue with the same setup, but I was able to connect to the online GUI.

have you tried a different computer? or a different browser?

My issue is resolved. I gave a shot to another computer, a colleague of mine and it worked. I updated the firmware on his computer and it is now working on every computer.
