BQ76942EVM: FET enable via Pin

Is there somehow a way to enable FETs via a pin, and therefore not enabling through the commands.

Since its possible to set the FETs off via a pin, I figured it may be possible.

I looked it up but haven´t found anything yet.

There is not a way to enable the FET's using a pin, you can only disable them.

thank you for your fast reply.

Is there an other way to manually enable FETs, respectively controlling Battery Voltage, besides directly using the FET_Enable command?

Hello,

You could use the CFETOFF and DFETOFF pins. Once these pins are asserted the FETs will be disabled but when the pins are off the FETs can be enabled. However, the FETs will only be able to enable if there are no faults present. It is not possible to turn a FET on if there is a fault present.
