Hi Muthugayathridevi,
The PSpice model (not TINA) for the LMG1025-Q1 should be unencrypted.
When you download the file, it will give you the LMG1020 model, but both devices are electrically the same. The biggest difference comes from the package, where the LMG1025-Q1 has leads, adding parasitic inductances. If you would like to simulate this, then you could add a ~1nH inductance in series with the pins, but it likely won't make a noticeable difference unless you are using very high switching frequency.
Thanks,
Rubas
Hi Muthugayathridevi ,
You will get the Pspice model of it at following link at design and simulation tools.

Please follow the reply of Rubas also.
Hi
Thanks Rubas and Mandar
I have downloaded the Pspice model ,so as you mentioned it should be unencrypted,How to get this Unencrypted model?Am I need to perform any steps to unencrypt the model before installing the model into My simulation tool? Please help us on same.
Hi Muthugayathridevi,
Please read this FAQ to learn how you can tell a model is unencrypted: https://e2e.ti.com/support/tools/simulation-hardware-system-design-tools-group/sim-hw-system-design/f/simulation-hardware-system-design-tools-forum/692603/faq-tina-spice-how-do-i-know-if-a-model-on-ti-com-is-unencrypted
I used that to check if the LMG1020 model is unencrypted, but you can try it as well to learn.
Then, read this FAQ to learn how to import an unencrypted model into other Spice tools: https://e2e.ti.com/support/tools/simulation-hardware-system-design-tools-group/sim-hw-system-design/f/simulation-hardware-system-design-tools-forum/692613/faq-tina-spice-note-about-encrypted-models-and-importing-models-from-one-simulator-to-another
Thanks,
Rubas
