TPS25750: loading configuration via host MCU and soft reset

Can you share with me the ADCIN configuration of your PD?

I have tried with both commands Gaid and GAID.  Test scenario PD controller in Patch mode no EEPROM attached , then i attach EEPROM to PD Controller and sent command soft reset command via MCU on PD controller I2C Slave , then read PD controller mode but it still PATCH mode , if i do hardware reset by remove power supply , after reset PD controller change its mode to APP. In my hardware I donot have hard reset option , need to do it by soft reset(Command).

Just for clarification even sending the "GAID" hard reset still causes this? Sending a soft reset "Gaid" Resets the PDs processor and is not recommended for use.

Can you also please send me an I2C log of the command from the MCU?

Is there a reason for attaching the EEPROM after boot?

We are not attaching EEPROM after boot, but we faced issue sometime TPS25750 remain in PATCH mode on restart with EEPROM already connected , on power cycle it goes in APP mode. To counter this issue we want to reset TPS25750 by MCU command.

ADCIN1 and ADCIN2 connected with 1.5V

as well

but in reference design and evaluation board ACIN Pins connected with 1.5V LDO.

Let me investigate! 

My understanding is that it should be 3.3V, however I am not saying that 1.5V would not work either.

To confirm you are tying it directly to LDO 1.5 correct and that there is no resistive divider?
