Hi,

Application note "Multiple FETs with the BQ76952, BQ76942 Battery Monitors (Rev. A)" (https://www.ti.com/lit/an/sluaa09a/sluaa09a.pdf ), does not include a sample BOM.

Please could someone suggest suitable PNP transistors for Q30 & Q31 for the circuit in figure 5.2 on page 9?

Hello Ian,

There is not a recommended PNP transistor, but MMBT3906 is a good starting point with 40V and 200mA ratings. You should test to make sure it will work with your configuration.
