Hi Team,
This is FAE Jayden, my customer ZTE would like to know which pins of UCC28251 have latch-up effects? Is it just the VDD pin? Are there also latch-up effects on output pins such as OUTA and OUTB?
If so, how much latch-up current is designed for each pin? Thank you very much.

Every pin is tested, typical minimum test current is ±100mA but can vary from device t0 device. Bets practice for mitigating latch up is to not leave any pins floating, especially OUT pins of a PWM or gate driver. Apply 10k pull down resistors.
