LM5145-Q1: What will happen if pin BST shorting to pin SW?

First, may I bother you to post in English here in the future because our experts of this device do not read Chinese?  They are currently out of office and I just try to cover them until they return :-)   Thank you for your understanding. 

Depending on the situation of the short, the IC may or may not be damaged.  If damage occurs, a possible place would be the internal boot diode.  Could they describe what happened to cause the BST pin short to SW?

The cause of BST shorting to SW could be damage of the boost cap. 

HI Huan,

Is this just for PFMEA or for a real failure case?   Again, the short may damage the IC.
