i have a problem with my sch that i can't get more than 3.8A out of it, i want 10A out 5volt. can you help with what the problem is

What is the behavior at Iout=3.8A? Is the device in current limit?

Please share any waveforms you have captured related to this issue.

when I load with 4A, the output drops to 4.2vvolt

Hello,

Please provide waveforms for Vout and the SW node voltage. Are you measuring the output over the Vout capacitors? If the test point is far from the output on the board, there can be losses along the trace at high currents.

Overall the schematic looks ok. Can you provide the PCB layout?
