TPS54260: Surge Test Fail at TPS54260 output

Part Number: TPS54260

Tool/software:

Surge Test Fail at TPS54260 output.

Test waveform are open circuit voltage waveform(1.2/50us) and short circuit current waveform(8/20us).

When I finish test,power on Tps54260,it burned.

But I dont konw why.How to analyse this issue?

Hi,

Once surge test is done; can you check the impedance of each pin w.r.t to GND before power up the device?.

Also, can you confirm about the input voltage which is applied after the surge test to power-up the device?
