LM317MQ: Request for Operating temp and AEC status

Need to know the Operating temperature range and AEC standard for below part:-

LM317MQDCYR

Also need to confirm if AEC status(Q100, Q101) is mentioned in part qualification report; so can we consider it as same or we have to contact TI.

Let us know if there is any standard guideline to confirm AEC status for TI parts.

Hello,

LM317MQDCYR was qualified to an older AEC-Q100 standard and did not test over temperature before and after the relevant qual tests. As such, we consider it to be quasi-qualified for automotive. The operating temperature range for this part is -40 to 125C.
