Hello Ti Team,

I am looking for half bridge gate driver with with at least 600V rating and peak source current of about 2.8A. I doing an internship project whereby I am suppose to replace UCC21750-Q1 with a non isolated gate driver. Upon looking I came across UCC27714 but its not AEC-Q automotive qualified. Is there AEC-Q automotive qualified version UCC27714 or similar.

Please check and let me know suitable gate driver

Thanks for reaching out to TI.

We do have one 600V gate driver with 1.8/2.8A drive current and is automotive qualified: UCC27712-Q1.

Yes, I had already came across that one.But do you have one with peak source of at least 2.8A. UCC27712-Q1 has peak source of 1.8A which is less of what I'm looking for.

Hi Ian,

We do not have a automotive qualified 600V gate driver with that peak source current spec as of now. The previous recommendation is the closest we can get to the requirement.
