Since I don't see a bq27z561-R2 EVM, I'm assuming the bq27z561 EVM (NON-R2) will work for performing a learning cycle an R2 target?

Hello Craig,

The R1 and R2 have the same hardware. As long as you update the firmware on a non-R2 evm, you should be able to perform a learning cycle. You can find the latest version of the firmware on the product page.
