LM3445: Is it suitable for 100 Watt Led?

Part Number: LM3445

Tool/software:

Led details:

  • Led Chip forward Voltage: 5.6 V
  • Led Chip forward Current: 150 mA
  • İnput Voltage: 220 VAC

Total Led power will be 100 Watt. It should be dimming with PWM.

For this system, is your LM3445 product enough or we should use it as master slave. For this project, do you have a circuit. Can you share altium schema for this? Or do you have any suggestion for this system?

Thank you!

  • Hi Mehmet,

Sorry. I am currently out of office. I will reply to you next Monday when I am back to office. Thanks for your understanding.

    Best Regards,

  • Hi Mehmet,

    Sorry for the late response.

Please be noticed that LM3445 only support analog dimming with PWM input.

I think it is possible for a single LM3445 to output 100W power. Sorry but we do not have any schematic to share with you.

    Best Regards,

    Steven
