Starting at page 73 of the datasheet linked here, there are some graphs for the LDOs. There are also some technical reference manuals (TRMs) for these devices under the technical documentation under the specific part number if you wish to look some of the specific settings and graphs for the device. For example the LP873245-Q1 TRM linked here on page 3 has a typical startup and shut down diagram included. You could also look at the registers and determine these values/timings based on these settings.
