I have an issue that failure on I2C communication.
we're using this fuel gauge to see the SOC of our battery, but what I am not clear on this, sometimes it is not showing SOC level from fuel gauge.
I checked I2C communication bus and it is just showing a dip and there was nothing.
we have 10k pull up on this with 1.8V power rail, and SDA, SCL are showing same trace like below.
it can be reproduced by touching one of pins of I2C to GND for less a second.
and if we wanted to escape from this symptom, then power off the board by removing battery connector and reconnect it again.
in the datasheet there is a mention about it is recommended to use external 1-Mohm pull down resistors on the bus to avoid floating input, I am confused this is related to this issue.
Please investigate and discuss with this symptom with me.
