This is an older part and meets AEC-Q100 but we do not have the FIT rate document for this device.

Is it possible to get  ISO26262 for this part? and how long would it takes?

customer's end project must need ISO 26262 and the design is already fixed. 

do you have other P2P part which has ISO26262?
