Hi thanks a lot for the reply however, the IC suggested by you seems to need a microcontroller, I am looking for an IC that does not need a microcontroller, it should charge two 18560 li-ion batteries kept in series battery upto a certain voltage then stop charging, should cutoff the battery from from load when the battery reaches a certain voltage level, and also protect from overcurrent

Thanks a lot for the reply, in the BQ25882 IC if I do not want to use the SYS pin, should I leave it floating or should I ground it?
