Hi,

LM74700-Q1 is working as expected here as it is detecting reverse current due to switching VIN. Please provide clean VIN for GATE to be permanent high.

VIN is output of LM25141 when there is no laod at back end. Is there any way to prevent LM74700 from turning off GATE in this case?

Hi,

If we try to alter RCB detection, it will be altered in real RCB scenario as well. If that is acceptable, you can add an RC from anode to cathode.
