    Hi Chaitanya,

    Our PoE PSE controllers are compliant to IEEE802.3 specification respective to the device. For the TPS23861, this is an IEEE802.3at standard device, therefore we are compliant to this standard. All PoE PSE devices from TI will come with an associated test report to show industry compliant. Check it out here.
