Hi,

This is an urgent request.  My customer is requesting simulation model for UC2843A-Q1.  Do we have simulation model in SIMPLIS or PSpice?  I did not see this readily available on the web.

    Hi Chuchen

    UC2843A has the same specs of UC2843, or UC3843 with difference mainly on the VCC bias current, or temperature range. So the simulation model is the same as UC2843.

    Simplis library has UC2843 model, you can get it directly from Simplis library.

    UCC28C43, UC28C53 has the same pinout and function like UC2843 or UC2843A with difference also on bias current. UCC28C43 PSpice model can be used for UC2843 or UC2843A.
